About Us

Kristine Donatelle practices in the area of intellectual property and business law with a special focus on brand management and protection.  Her passion is helping start-up companies, artists and entrepreneurs identify, bolster and protect creative assets that bring value and identity to their business.

Kristine’s background is in defending manufacturers in products liability and civil litigation lawsuits throughout the nation, offering her business clients a valuable risk management and prevention perspective.  As a former journalist and writer, she is very experienced with marketing materials and publishing.

Kristine is a Magna Cum Laude Honors graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, graduating in the top 10 percent of her class and serving on Law Review.

Kristine represents the interests of the small business community as a member of the board of directors of the Northeast Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce. She also serves pro bono clients through Legal Corps and Volunteer Lawyers Network.

Prior to law school, Kristine worked as an award-winning investigative newspaper reporter, a congressional campaign aide, and a communications strategist on Capitol Hill.
